9 The Grange is a tastefully decorated, upmarket 3-bedroom, 6-sleeper beachfront apartment, located in Ballito. A great destination for a relaxing family vacation or weekend getaway.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, (with a lift in the complex) and is situated on one of the main beaches in Ballito. The complex boasts direct, security controlled beach access. Located on a 5km long promenade that is ideal for lazy strolls along the beach.
Awesome local eateries, shops and Willards Main beach are a mere 5 min walk away. After a blissful day exploring the Dolphin coast & beaches, you can sit back and unwind on the patio. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to dolphins playing in the waves.
The apartment is ideal for a self-catering holiday. A well equipped kitchen, with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery to serve 6 people, will make you feel right at home.
The breezy, open-plan living area has a 6-seater dining room table. The TV room is the perfect place to chill and watch TV or the waves. Enjoy incredible ocean views from the balcony. Light the gas braai, and enjoy real coastal living.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two single beds and a double bed respectively and are serviced by another bathroom.
All linen is provided, please bring your own towels, unless you want to make use of our Beach Butler service.
During your stay you will have access to a crystal clear pool with a communal braai/picnic area. There is an outside shower to rinse off saltwater & sand after a lazy day on the beach.
Ample space for your vehicle with trailer parking.
